for some reason my xp dist just isent doing it so is there a program that can wipe my hard drive so i can reinstall my xp

i can hear movies music games and watch movies on netflix.com and hear them but when i go to youtube or any other site where i want to hear i can not hear anything from my speakersand i use firefox so then i went to start programs to volume control to see if maybe it was turned down it said no active mixer devices so i went and baught a new soundblaster live card and it says working properly but im still haveing that problem so why can i not hear sound on websites and yes the volume is turned up on the website and speakers are turned up

when i go to youtube or any other site i cant hear anything on my speakers but i can hear songs and movies on my pc or i can go to netflix and watch movies and hear them too but anyother site nothing i even put a new sound card in still nothing what do i do

i bought 3 games at a garage sale and all of them needed code keys i tried using ARES to find them but didn't have them anyone know a site i can go to to get code keys

it pauses when in the lock position i can be in bed and it doesn't but when i run or am active it pauses for no reason what can i do

i upgraded to xp but still have 2000 on my pc how do i delete it off

everytime i go to my online bank site it gives me a certificate error so i put into trusted site under control panel and it still gives it to me what can i do to go around it it just started doing that
