  • How do you keep your kids from jumping out of their crib?

My son is 21 months old and learned how to jump out of his crib. He use to be really easy to put to bed. Just lay him down and he would go to bed. Now he jumps out and plays in his room. I took all of his toys out thinking it would help but it doesn't. It takes me an hour and a half or more to get him to go to sleep. I know he's tried because sometimes I go in, and he is laying on the floor playing with his toys or holding his animals and just lays there. But the second I lay him down he jumps right back out. I'm at a loss at to what to do.

I need HELP! I work nights and so the only time I can sleep is when he sleeps. He usually takes two naps a day and yesterday I had to fight for him to take one. I'm loosing it but he just won't sleep. His dad told me that he kept jumping out of his crib at 3am. He is fed, changed, and nothing is wrong except that he likes to jump out of his crib. Please help!!!

  • How do you get your LO to drink more water?

He is 16 months old and does not like water. Drinks whole milk at every meal. I am worried he is getting dehydrated now that it is getting hotter. How often should kids drink water? I know it sounds like a stupid question. When did your LO start drinking more water and how much do they drink? Any tips on how to get them to drink it more often? I would prefer to not have him drink sugary drinks so I don't want to mix stuff with the water unless I'm desperate.

  • Help with tabs on blogger!?

I have a blog where I review different stuff. I have seen other blogs have tabs for reviews. It seems like you can tag your posts with a subject (like reviews/contact me/ photos, etc.) and have it go automatically to a tab designated for that. Does that make sense? How do I do that? I don't even know how to look it up to find an answer. If you know how to do it that would be awesome : )

  • What is the difference between these two lenses?

    35mm f-1.8 DX and a 50 mm f-1.8 D

Trying to decide which one to buy. Thanks!

I need to know what is the difference is from the DX to the D. I know the 35 mm has a shorter range than the 50mm. But from what I see the 35mm is more expensive?

  • I need help with lens for my Nikon D3000?

I have the standard lens but am wanting to get a new lens. I'm wanting something that's around $200 or less. What is a good lens? I'm way lost. There are SO many and I just don't know what to get. There is a 50-200 mm on sale at my Target (normally $200 on sale for $100). Not sure if I should get that or something better? Any help would be awesome! Thanks guys!!!

  • What do you feed your 10-12 month old?

My son gets rashes from a lot of different foods (from his poo) so I'm nervous about feeding him too much. He does great with veggies but it seems like fruits and anything with acid-y foods give him rashes. I'm nervous about what is going to happen when he is 12 months old and no longer eating formula (where he gets most of his nutrition from). What are some healthy meals I can make for him? What do you guys give your 12 month old? I want him to eat more but don't want the rashes. What do you give them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

  • I need help with my 4 month old! I'm having such a hard time?

He use to be such an easy baby. He would put himself to sleep and would sleep so well. Now it takes me 15 minutes (on a good day) to an hour or more to put him to sleep. It's either me leaning over his crib holding his hand (which kills my back) or me laying next to him when I put him to sleep in my bed. He constantly wants to hold my finger when he is falling asleep. If I pull my finger out he freaks out and starts fussing. He tries to roll over when he's upset (he sleeps on his belly. He refuses to sleep on his back) so I have to try to calm him down before he rolls over. It's been getting worse and worse every day. I font know what to do but it's draining me. And he rolls over in his sleep and it wakes him up. I'm having to go in and roll him back over so much. I'm not getting hardley any sleep. He doesn't do good sleeping with us either.

Is there any way you can teach a baby to change his sleeping patterns? (from a belly sleeper to a back sleeper?)

  • Which anti anexity medication starts with 'L'?

My brother is on some kind of anti anexity pills and it starts with L. I'm trying to think of the name and it slipped my mind. It's not Lexapro. I want to say Lithuim but I know that's not right. I don't even think that's a real medication name. LOL.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Cloth diapering Mommas? Need help please!!!?

I've been thinking about CDing. I've heard good things about Bum Genius and I like the idea of AIOs. My son is a heavy wetter and sleeps 6-8 hours at night. D you think these will hold up if I out an extra insert into them? Which brand is your favorite and why? I also like the idea of fitted. Any help would be great. I am on a budget so I can't stock up all at once. How would I wash just one or two at a time since they have special care? How would I wash them in the sink or should I just throw them in with a load of laundry?

Seriously any help is appreciated!! Tell me everything you know. I have been looking at diaperswappers to buy some used just to try it out. Thanks in advance!!!

  • Is it possible for a 2 &1/2 month old to have separation anxiety?

I am always with my little guy. There have been just a few time I leave him with my mom while he's sleeping if I need to run errands or whatever. Sometimes I leave him with hubby so I can have alone time or run errands. Never more than two hours. The other day I left to help my sister out and so he was at home with hubby. I was gone for about an hour and a half to two hours and my hubby called and all I could hear was my baby screaming his little head off : ( I rushed home so I could comfort him and when I picked him up he quieted down after about 1 minute.

He had been crying (or really screaming I should say) for almost an hour by the time I got home (hubby had called after about 40 minutes after he had started and wouldn't stop). He said they were playing on the couch and he was laughing and smiling and all of a sudden he got a sad face and just started bawling his head off. Hubby tried everything he could do to calm him down and he just wouldn't stop. After about a minute my baby stopped bawling but was still a little upset. He fell asleep after about 5 minutes and he would start breathing really heavy and fast all of a sudden like he was still upset.

Is it possible for such a young baby to have separation anxiety? This was very unlike him. He's never done anything like this before. He definitely is a momma boy. What is your opinions on it? Thanks for all answers in advanced : )

  • Does your baby do this or is mine just crazy : )?

I think my son is the weirdest little guy!! Haha. Maybe it's just me. Does your child wake up to poop (if they are sleeping)? I thought most babies poop anytime weather they are sleeping or not. My son will be in the middle of his nap and wake up. He'll poop about 5 minutes later and then go back to be within 5-10 minutes. Is this normal or is my son a weirdo? He's done this pretty much since I could ever remember. He is 9 weeks old now.
