It went through the sole and at the most a cm into my foot near the toes making the whole area sore and a little swollen minimal bleeding it was done bleeding by the time i got to a chair and took off my shoe. I had a tetnus shot less than three months ago and the was a little "rust powder stuff" that scrapped off the nail as it went through the sole... but because when you step you take each step on your toes at some point it stresses the hurt area.. which would hurt rusty or not no one wants a clean nail for that matter punctured through there foot for even a centimeter or so like mine was and by the time i got home to put some hydrogen peroxcide on it, it was generally too closed up to get anything on it .. it wasnt even a small hole really .. more like tiny but i think it hurts more because of the puntured skin on the most used part of the body... and as i typed this i felt better about it a bit... but input please

alright i have tons of videos on my computer but want most of them on my new psp now i have some videos but it will only accept mpeg-4 file type but the videos are avi and mpeg how do i convert the files to a mpeg-4 (mp4) format

i want particulary southpark,mind of mencia,simpsons,king of the hill,and beavis and but head for free!!!!
