I live in GA, my Ex wife lives in PA and I hired a local Lawyer in her community to help me fight for custody of my Children. I was told by him that the since the Divorce took place in NC they have to transfer the custody order to PA. Heres the catch... There is no Custody order. NC gave me all the paperwork that was filed and I forwarded it to him. He has promised several times to do an emergency petition with the courts so we can get some traction on this. I paid him in Full for his services back in Jan... and I don't have anything... Is it typical that situations like this can take this long? All I want is a day in court to protect my kids and I have nothing. I read over the document that I signed and it said that my Fee is non-refundable... Can lawyers just take your money and not work for you? What can I do to pressure this dude to work for me... besides beatin the hell out of this guy?? Im F***** pissed and I need some advice on how to proceed... My sons are suffering everyday because of this...

To Contrast Obama is utilizing his skills as a community organizer to pull the nation together and by doing has been able to squeeze the life out of McCain.

Why is the GOP so worried about That fat mouth who talks for a living? He accuses Obama of being just talk and he makes a living from talking and sitting on his fat a$$. I don't think people really no the significance of this Bailout. If Companies can't get money to pay people what is going to happen to those people? They just don't disappear they in turn become Unemployed. So if a whole lot of people are unemployed and there is no money in our financial system are you ready to do what it takes to survive through the long and that means Guns, Bullets, Chickens and Whiskey.
