My husband and I had a business partner who just sent me an email resigning from the company. Thing is this: He was keeping our website updated. He's also the one who paid for it, but he only invested about $500 over the past 2 years. My husband and I have invested over $500,000 over the past two years. My question is: If my husband and I own the business, the business name, are in charge of all contracts and business matters (including events and sales), do we have rights over the money when the website is sold considering the site is all about our business and includes our business name and logo?

I need legal advice.

I work for a real estate company that deals with commercial and residential real estate as well as urban development. I need to come up with a title for the company magazine...something creative yet gives off an air of prestige. It needs to appeal to upper middle class and upper class markets. I keep having these dreams where I'm standing in a room alone and I'm smoking a cigarette. It feels like I'm actually smoking it for real. I don't smoke, never smoked, and don't even like the habit. I keep noticing that I have these dreams when I'm at my peak stress point...but is it stress related at all?

My body doesn't lose weight fast enough and I have a wedding coming up. I don't want to look the way I do when that time comes. I've been really considering a body overhaul. Does anyone have any advice for me? Has anyone had a tummy tuck, breast lift, or anything else done?
