I seem to have a bit of a problem on the eating factor.

I normally eat healthy meals and all, but when it comes to snack time, I go crazy.....like a plan on having a pice of toast with peanut butter...but then I end up eatting that plus another piece, some craisins, and jell-o. I just don't stop! and I know It will catch up with me someday.

Do yall have any advice for I guess "controlling" myself?

I know what puts weight on, but they also say that drinking water helps you lose weight. im so confused. if your trying to lose body fat, what is the best thing to do? drink alot of water? drink a normal amount, limit water? help?

hey everyone! so i want to either buy a ipod touch or a tv..

you see i sleep better with a tv on, and it takes me an hour to go to sleep each nite so im thinking of investing in a tv for my room.

on ther other hand we go on trips ALOT, and i am always sooo bored. i have one of those old ipod nanos that i got over 2 years ago, but its so ancient and doesnt have any games on it, and i just get tired of listening to music the whole time.

i have enough money to buy them both, just not both of them..

the only thing is my parents want me to save us for my car, which i wont even be 16 for another 5 1/2 months! but my concept is that you only live once, and your only a teenager ONCE.

so yeh what do you think i should do?

i really want one, but probably wont be able to buy the 2nd generation till july, or possibly december. is there a 3rd generation coming out this year? Or should i just get the 2nd generation this december??
