Ive been with this company for 1 year and 4 months. We suddenly get a new manager due to mine resigning. At first she was cool and of course like all managers you start to not really like them. I was still a respectful employee towards this woman. Then suddenly realized she was one of the biggest bitches i have ever met. She would speak to me in a very sarcastic manner but i could tell she was just being a ***** making sarcastic remarks about me to my face in a very fake and obvious way. There was one incident Where i chuckled lightly at a story she was telling my coworker about some customers and then she stuck her hand in my face (that is on tape). Heres where it gets good. I go out on a Friday night with some friends till about 4 am. Im gonna be honest here and i got pretty drunk, So i wake up at 2:30 P.M. the next day and show up for my scheduled shift at 3:30 on time.(a few coworkers knew i went out) A customer asks for a refund and i tell her i need to get my manager to authorize it, i grab my manager, She asks me to type the check number in while she is standing in my way so i am curbing to the side to type it in, She raises her voice at me asking me "why i am doing it so slow?!" and "You are acting like you've never done this before!!" right in front of a guest. Manager comes storming back asking me to see her in her office, Accuses me of being drunk and said i displayed acts of intoxication. I tell her i am not drunk and that is ridiculous. I get sent to the hospital to get urine tested and blood tested. I get sent home straight after. now i am suspended until the blood test results come in. This woman is harassing me and singling me out and has been prior to this incident. In the employee handbook it states you can not drink 8 hours prior to your shift. I did not break policy. And i did not give her any probable cause to test me. Now Everyone at work is saying I am a drunk (including the manager and supervisor) I am humiliated and extremely stressed. Fired or not i feel i have a lawsuit either way.

Went out drinking one night with some friends. woke up at 2:30 went to work at 3:30 food in stomache and 2 cups of coffee. drank the alcohol heavily the night before work, id say 5 beers and 4 shots total. I am a girl and weigh like 120. anyways Manager hates me so is trying to pin me on being drunk at work. Was forced to take a blood test to keep my job, results havent came in yet. I took this blood test at 6 pm on sat. (went out Friday night till 4 am). wondering how likely it is i will be popped for the presence of alcohol in my blood when the urine test i took was clear for drugs and alcohol? help?

Ok feels like grade school but I always catch this guy looking at me. We havent even met yet and work in the same buiding but different deparments. I think he is super attractive and I know I've stared a few times but I stopped. He walked past me, and my friend said "i watched his eyes and he was staring at you". I've felt him stare at me many times. one time I felt him staring at me and I looked up and sure enough it was him then he quickly looked away.I remember one time I was talking to a friend and he was just standing there with his, staring for a few minutes he eyes looked big and puppyish lol. I tried to act like I didn't notice. and another time I walked past him and I seriously felt him staring but I just looked straight ahead and kept walking! why the hell won't he just talk to me? We are adults in our later 20's Lol. This has been going on for at least a month. if he had a gf i dont think itd be going on for this long. Then one day he goes up to my co worker asking questions about the facility, i struck that as odd. I had not been clocked in yet. Later that night im getting ready to leave, i see him he stares at me and i stared at him for a sec just kept walking and then I am on my way out the door and heard an unfamiliar voice ask "leaving work early or something?" I was hungover and not sure who it was asking that but assuming i am leaving and he may be the only one behind me i was thinking it was him. I did not say anything back bc i wasnt sure if it was directed towards me or i was just being hungover hearing things lol. but yeah Am i reading too much into this or what? I dont get it.

Had a boyfriend with this guy i knew for a few months before we got official, he lived in another city hours away so for us to be together (and him return to his hometown) we moved in together and got an apartment, he ends up leaving me a month later for this girl who was supposed to be my friend who had a lot of money, turns out he was just using me and would talk crap about me behind my back, now i am pregnant for the first time in my life, what should i do? I have an abortion appt next tuesday that he is paying for but i am not sure what i should do, if i had a baby i know i can handle it, i just want to get others perpespective about this

this person commited adultery then after he got caugh he was staying in the barracks with a friend when he wasnt supposed to. can he go to jail for this stuff? how long?

i have a friend who commited adultery on his wife and he is in the military then after that happened he was stayin in his friends room in the barrracks and i know he wasnt supposed to. this all happened in one week. can he get arrested for this immediately? he is currently being interrogated by the MPO and as been for about 4 hours.

had my first treatment 5 days ago, doctor told me i would need 4 more treatments and my face is peeling but i can still see acne scars, i know the first treatment isnt supposed to be completly dramatic, i just dont really notice a difference. thanks

i got pixel laser today, and without my knowledge so i think, this stuff was tossed in with my laser bill and it was like 90 $ im just curious as to if this stuff really works and am i suppsed to put it on after im healed or during this healing process. thanks
