My sister has been going out with her boyfriend for 4 years. I found out that she was talking to someone she has had a past with in july and told her she had to pick one. She said she picked her boyfriend. I just found out that she is now seeing this other guy while still going out with her boyfriend. What do i do?

I am 18. My period is 5 days late and it is usually normal. My boyfriend and i have not had sex, but we do other things.
