What instrument plays this sounds in It s Good News Week by Hedgehoppers Anonymous?
Around 0:57 in It s Good News Week by Hedgehoppers Anonymous, during the breakdown there is a kick / percussion hit sound that sounds similar to a steel drum but changes in pitch.

Can anyone identify that instrument?
1 AnswerOther - Music3 years agoClassic/Alternative rock song identification?
I let myself down not remembering this song but maybe you can help
The song starts out with a guitar riff playing in the left speaker, than in the right speaker, than both speakers together. The drum beat comes in shortly after.
Its either newer alternative or classic rock, i cant remember.
Thanks!
1 AnswerRock and Pop7 years agoSuzuki rm125 dirtbike clutch slipping question?
I have a 93 suzuki rm125, recently got it running and tried to adjust the clutch cable but no matter what I did I couldn't get it to stop slipping a LOT. Even when the clutch handle is completely released and there is slack in the line, and I can look down and see that the linkage is all the way back in the disengaged position with slack, yet still slips like crazy and barely takes off on its own.
I've recently changed the oil and there's some coolant left from before I rebuilt it, but I've changed the oil a couple times and there's not that much left in there. I've been using 10w-40 conventional motor oil in the gear box.
I pulled apart the clutch pack, all the friction discs are around 2.7-2.8 mm, and less than .05mm from the brand new disc thickness, and far away from the service limit or 2.4. Metal clutch plates have some burning, but not very much at all.
Clutch springs and oil are the only ideas I have at this point. The 2001 service manual says like 30mm for the springs, mine are like 60 but I assumed that would be a difference in age, but cant check since I don't have the right year of service manual. I'm going to try running type F ATF next, and order some new springs. Any other ideas?
4 AnswersMotorcycle Racing8 years agoWhy are my smoke bombs so violent?
I've been making smoke bombs using the normal 50/50 ratio lab grade potassium nitrate to table sugar, and adding about a tablespoon of baking soda. The smoke bomb burns very fast and very violent, I added more sugar in the next batch to about a 60/40 more sugar than potassium nitrate and that seemed just as violent if not more. Should I be using more potassium nitrate than sugar?
1 AnswerChemistry8 years agoWhat exhuast should i do for a BMW?
I might be buying a 2003 BMW 325 soon, and i wanted to change the stock exhaust. I was thinking about taking out the cats and resonators and buying a nice magnaflow muffler, but im also on a budget. Any suggestions?
Also i want it to sound smooth and deep. Not raspy like glass packs or no mufflers.
