Every time I have a fag now while smoking it and after smoking it i get this shrap pain in the area my heart is kinda hard to explain it. what could this mean and is it a good sign to stop smoking?

Okay not played runescape since 2007/2008 and its all changed now so i want to start agian and want to make an account and try to achieve all level 99s don't want to make pure so dont suggest it I don't like them... What i want to ask is what will be the best way going about 99s in combat skills what do i train 1st?

My wireless works fine on my old laptop but on this one it is just stuck on "Local Only" I have searched around on google and most of the fourms said that it to do with "Norton Security" and they told me to use Norton security remove tool. all the Norton stuff is off my computer and it's still stuck on "Local Only" It runs fine when i link it up to the ethanet cable so i no my internet works just not wireless...
