I am looking for the correct way to enter a formula in the Google Docs spreadsheet to perform the following...

I am doing a fitness challenge at my work, and I want a baseline weekly goal of minutes for each person (column C) and the number of minutes exercised by each person (column D). If they meet their goal that week it is worth 5 points, if they go over it is worth 2 pts/every 30 minutes over, if they are under their goal it is worth -2/30 minutes, etc...

I was cruising through my old burned CD's that I made in college (early 2000's) and I found a song that I had downloaded at some point that is still pretty good. Problem is, I have no idea what it's called or who it's by. I searched on youtube, nothing. I typed almost every single lyric into google, still nothing. Hopefully somebody can help me out. I have an HP All in One F4180. I can't get it to print anything. The status at the bottom of the document shows the pages printing and the document shows up in the printer control panel, but the printer doesn't do anything. It doesn't print blank pages or anything like that...it's as if my printer is turned off (it's not!). I have tried re-booting the computer, unplugging the printer, restarting the printer, all the usual fixes but nothing is working. I even went in and tried to print test pages and cartridge cleaning pages and it wouldn't even print those...the paper doesn't feed or move at all. Any ideas for fixes on this?

I have a Blu-Ray remote for the PS3, and it used to work just fine. My old Playstation died on me and had to get a new one. Since I got the new PS3, I can't get the remote to work. I have replaced the batteries and I have tried to re-sync the remote but it won't respond. Any ideas?

I have an Epiphone Les Paul 2 that I bought about 15 years ago. The tuning slips pretty bad and it doesn't sound very good, but the body is solid. I was looking into buying a new guitar...nothing too expensive, but a mid-range Epiphone. I thought it may be cheaper to simply improve my old guitar, but I don't know what all I'd have to do or how much money it would save me. I'm also wondering if I would really notice a difference in sound, or if the body and the other 'guts' of the guitar are such a big part of it that it wouldn't be worth my money.

If I'm going to upgrade...any suggestions on pick ups to put in it? I play a wide range of rock stuff, and am just looking for a clean, powerful sound.

My 8 month old son was crawling around and did a couple of hand slaps to my laptop's keyboard. I don't know what he did or what he pushed, but it made my internet stop working! I've tried to fix it and I can't find a way to get it to connect. My signal is showing up and it's 100% signal strength, but the computer won't receive the signal. I do know that the first thing it said after he hit the buttons was that I was in 'offline mode'. I unchecked that option in Firefox and restarted and it didn't fix it. It's an HP 6730B running Windows XP.

My 40gb PS3 will not load any discs all of a sudden. It worked fine last night, other than the game that I was playing had no background music..which I thought was strange. But everything was working. Next day, I tried the game, tried a dvd...neither worked. The load logo in the corner would spin for a minute, then stop and no disc would pop up. I've tried all the resets and things like that but so far, nothing is working. Any ideas?

-Related question...will a CD/DVD lens cleaner work on a Blu-Ray or will it harm it?

Just curious...I've heard that brainwave entrainment can act as a good stimulant, similar to ritalin. I know nothing about it, and was just curious IF it works, and if it does, what frequency to 'entrain' to for ADHD?

I am trying to help my parents out with their computer and we are trying to determine if they have a way to access wireless internet already built into their computer. They are out in the middle of nowhere a little bit and wireless only recently became available to them! All of the network connections that I could find were for dial up because that's what they use. Is there a way to look into what the computer has built in and see if they need to buy an external wireless hook up antenna, or if it's already built in? If so, how do I do that?

I'm at their house now for the next few hours, so quick answers would be appreciated!

I teach PE at a junior high and we like to give the students music to listen to while they are doing their activity for that day. We have close to 200 songs on the iPod, but it's a lot of the same ones we had last year and we are all getting sick of them! So, I am looking for some ideas...a list of songs that are junior high appropriate (NO swears, not even the h-bomb), are somewhat fast and upbeat, and that these kids may like. I listen to more of a rock style that most of them don't really care for (stuck in the 90's! ha!) so I need some current stuff...as well as some older, classic rock stuff that may be good. Willing to take all ideas...but if you can, a least of at least 4-5 songs would be great, but I'll take all the help you want to give!

I'm a 30 year old male and I have vitiligo. It started sometime in high school. Since that time, I've always had a tendency to have low motivation and was a very 'controlled' anxious person. I wasn't really a worrier, but I always liked to be in control of my situation and surroundings..a. real home-body. I also had at least a couple of bouts of what I think now to be depression...because it's recently hit me again a little bit. This depression started after my wife had a miscarriage in march of last year, although I didn't realize it. I got into a funk and never really got out..but it never seemed like depression. Then we tried to get pregnant for 7 months unsuccessfully (a testosterone/hormone red flag?). Then we had more events as both my grandfathers died within a few months of each other..the latter being when the depression was at it's worst.

My question is...what effect can autoimmune disease, specifically vitiligo, have on hormone levels and depression? I've also got a lot of other hormone symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweating, constant urination, lack of sex drive, etc... I've read many articles that state it can all be related, which I hope it is because I really don't want to deal with anti-depressants!

I'm trying to make a list of possible combinations for the numbers 1-13. So 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-5, 1-2-3-6, etc... all the way up 10-11-12-13. Can this be done in Excel with a formula, or maybe by typing 1-2-3-4 in the first cells and then adding a formula from there?

Or is there just a simple mathematical equation that will give me the results of this?

I've been a pretty consistent caffeine user (pepsi and dew, usually 1-3 per day) since I was about 13 years old. I'm now 30 and was recently having some problems with depression and anxiety. The doc I went to said that I should give up sugar and caffeine, which I did. But I'm using all the right supplements and doing everything I'm supposed to with my diet, and I'm not getting a lot better. Is it possible that I was so dependent on caffeine, that the prolonged use has caused permanent damage/dependency for my neurotransmitters? Maybe not permanent, but damage that will take a long time to reverse?

We are also expecting our first child any day now, following us having a miscarriage just over a year ago, so there's some definite stress in my life right now too.

I'm not wanting to take the prescription stuff, and even the natural 5-htp and st. john's wort type of stuff makes me nutty!

Recently, a bunch of people in my address book have been getting 'spam' emails addressed from me. And, I recently noticed that the same messages were put on the message board for my fantasy baseball league...and they say they were written by me!

Couple of questions...is this a virus or a password issue?

I am trying to set up either Yahoo or iGoogle homepages, but am running into some issues. Does anybody know if it's possible to get links or anything to sites other than the ones they provide on there? On either one of those? Also, I use a Yahoo account as my main email, so is there a way to show other email addresses on the iGoogle page, or will it only show my default gmail account? Finally, if either of those pages won't let me do this things, are there any other ones that will?

I'd like to have certain area newspapers linked on there and some sites for my school that I'm going to, and things like that.

All I've been able to see how to do though is show links to google and yahoo provided sites.

Any help??
