my husband worked for the same company for almost 5 years. He was hired as a sub-contractor, but the owner of the company told him what job to go to everyday, set the hours and everything else that is done with an employee. We paid our own taxes, because the owner did not want to pay workmans comp ins. and benefits. I can't understand why he cannot collect unemployment . Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks.

Last night I had the worst pain I've ever had all over my body. It started in my knees and elbows, then my hands and feet, the back of my head, my shoulders and chest. It was excruciating. I looked up fibromyalgia and it sounds exactly what happened to me. My question is does the onset of fibro come on gradually through the day? It seems to have settled down at the moment but the pain was beyond words, I felt like I needed to call an ambulance. I'm still thinking about going to the hospital but they will probably just refer me to an arthritis doctor. Has anyone out there ever experienced this quick onset of full body pain?

.I've had a headache behind my eyes and my forehead for about l4 days. Finally my dr. calls in a script for amoxicillin. Today is the fifth day I'm on it and I don't feel that much better. I still feel alot of pressure in my head and a foggy feeling. I'm I being impatient, should I give the antibiotic more time or go back to dr.
