  • Can I deduct business travel to a library for business use?

I have a sole-owned and operated LLC for stock trading. In normal jobs you can deduct traveling expenses (gas expenses etc.) for business purposes, but I would like to know this : Can I deduct going to the library and other educational facilities for business use and business education on my tax return if I go there often every week for the purpose? What kind of proof would I need to claim this? Just my own calculations? Thanks for your time!!!

  • sometimes i think this country needs to go down...?

... just to get these fvcking rich a$$holes a punishment from ol mother nature. this country needs something like a huge collapse of some sort, which is already happening, but slowly. something major needs to happen quick. i know some might say that im sick for wishing the country down, but its not for me to choose, it's merely a matter of time till the punishment (that fits the crime) occurs in this country. if all the lies and secrets that occurred in this country (and other countries) were told, it would have collapsed LONG ago. it is like an earthquake, you can feel the early tremors right now, and also like an earthquake, it is needed to get rid of the tension and pressure that has been aggravating the country for so long. it is needed, and the collapse will happen, thank god. it is deserved for this country to collapse. or at least get close to it. it is just that the masses that don't know the truth about human evil think it will be undeserved. it isn't undeserved.

  • Online trading with LLC, Corperate or Individual account?

I want to start an individual account with an online broker, specifically, with my LLC. One trading site says that a sole proprietorship entity will be included with the individual account because

"A sole proprietorship is closely related in the sense that the account is registered to a business with a single owner who is, in effect, the business and therefore controls all of the assets in the account."

but I would like to know if the LLC of mine would also be included. It IS considered a sole proprietorship by all tax definitions and is a flow-thru (also known as 'disregarded entity') letting me be taxed on the individual level. It is also not a DBA LLC but has my full name in the LLC. But, if my single-owner LLC is not included in the individual account criteria, is this just company policy or would this have tax/IRS consequences if I were to use an individual account for my LLC? Thank you so much for your time, I know it's quite a dousy of a question!

  • Can I trade the stock exchanges offshore, thus creating tax free income?

Is it possible If I have a 2nd passport, and with that open an offshore business or bank account or both in that country. and then trade the offshore (out of united states) stock market. and with that being said, if i am trading as a non us citizen in a low tax or 'no tax' haven would I be able to essentially pay as little as zero taxes on the profits from trading? thank you for your time! (all legally course)

  • Do I pay capital gains 25% or my tax bracket?

If I make 30,000 and it is short term (as a trader) do I pay 25% capital gains or is that just the LID of the tax rate, and I would actually pay 15% since that would be the tax bracket I would be in.

  • Can I deduct this?

If I make 30,000 with my LLC and half of the profits go to buying a service from an international biz. can this be deductible? It will be the company that buys it.

Also, my LLC daytrades so it would be under capital gains rates.
