I want an audible Alert when an email comes in.

What are your views on this event, given that there is no proof of any body's guilt? What do you think of the fact that at least 5 country's passports can be forged? If the Mossad is so efficient in what they do how come it took 26 assassins to get the job done? When the truth comes out you might find his own people decided to get rid of him!

He is telling a different story to the asylum seekers and names their spokesperson on the ship as a wanted people smuggler! Read this news item and give me your opinion.

If Barnie Banana is so strong about the ethnic Indians not taking control of Fiji's Parliament and has had a coup to get rid of them, suspended the constitution and appointed himself a dictator, how come he has sacked half the judiciary and employed Sri Lankan judges? Am I missing something here? Can't he get experienced Fijian lawyers to be appointed judges or have all the smart ones left Fiji? Too bad if you own a resort or something similar in Fiji!

Can anybody explain why in a runoff election to determine who should be President, when the No.2 candidate decides not to re-run, the No.3 Candidate doesn't automatically take his place? This seems to be a Karzai clean sweep irregardless of the masses of allegations of corruption and vote rigging, some of which were proven thereby creating the runoff situation in the first place. I see that the USA were first to congratulate Karzai on his win. Is it a case of the USA supporting Karzai as a puppet? Will this situation alienate the opposition leaders' supporters, (about half the population), thereby creating an atmosphere likely to plunge the country into civil war? Surely the Taliban are the big winners here. President Obama can send 40,000 more troops, he can send 100,000 more troops but if the US is embroiled in a civil war situation and a fight with the Taliban within the country at the same time, he better send a load of body bags with the troops so they can come home again. Remember the 5 way civil war in Lebanon?

This week we heard prominent people comment in the media that certain religious/ethnic groups, namely, Muslims are developing enclaves in various Australian cities. Do you think this could be dangerous to our Australian way of life? Do you believe that outspoken imams and the like should be allowed to promote racial hatred without being evicted from this country. Do you believe the government is too soft on immigrants denigrating our values? Let's hear your comments and please try not to be racist in your answers.

Can anybody tell me if you can set your computer for Yahoo Mail to alert you if an email comes in whether you are connected or not.

We have a guy in Qld who was a bit out of control so they tasered him and the copper holding the taser says he whacked him 2 or 3 times but the unit is reporting the victim was whacked 28 times with 50,000 volts! That's around 1,400,000 volts altogether. He not only died I suspect he was fried! By the way, the victim was in handcuffs at the time. He's the third person to die from a Taser attack in as many weeks and the Qld government is about to release another 1200 Tasers and NSW is doing the same. Arguments for and against please.

Can you believe this story? A couple of Cincinnati's finest were viciously attacked by a killer Chihuahua and after they Tasered the little beast it went on to superdog status so they shot it 3 times!

The Chihuahua was owned by a little 5 year old boy but the tough guys claimed it was devouring everyone in the neighbohood including them. Have they ever heard of calling the Pet Patrol? They would have to take the prize for police using maximum lethal force and brutality to save a situation! Lucky the little 5 year old didn't bite them! God knows what they would have done to him! Man o man and I thought the Australian Police were gun crazy thugs. These guys take the cake!

Yet another police shooting, this time in Armidale NSW of a man armed with only a knife. How can they justify shooting someone in the chest if he doesn't have a firearm? Are the police in general so poorly trained with firearms that they can't backoff and shoot somebody's legs to subdue him/her? In PNG most police are armed with shotguns and mostly aim low to stop a criminal not kill him. I'm surprised that only one policeman shot this person, normally it's two or three who aim at K7 - Centre Mass to disarm a person with a knife! Should we issue Tasers now and take their guns off them or train them in the proper use of "Deadly Force?

We are getting a continuous stream of (attempting) illegal immigrants. Should they be immediately deported and told to make a proper application through the proper channels or should we just keep dealing with them on Christmas Island and why are some of them getting temporary visas when hundreds of legitimate applicants are left waiting months and months? Are que jumpers legitimate applicants?

I find that many questions are meaningless to me. I want to participate only within Oz. How can I filter the others out?

All these planes and ships are going to come from where? Are they going to be built in Australia and create jobs? We have the capability to build anything under licence from the vendors, (We have done it before). Why do we want to upgrade our defence capability anyway? We just lost over 200 people in the Victorian bush fires which devastated whole towns and some fires are still burning. How can we make a home fire proof and safe for the occupants while the fire passes over?
