Nightlight

Three film makers want to interview an elderly man who's in hiding. The old man believes he's being watched by the government because of experimental work he was doing many years ago. Action builds until the filmmakers and the old man are on the run in the desert in the vicinity of El Paso Tx and are picked off one by one. This has a Blair Witch kind of feel to it, in that mock-umentary style. Very suspenseful. We'd love to see it again but cannot remember the name. Can anyone help us with this?
