My son will be turning 3 next week and still has trouble going potty. We had him sit on the potty but never when he has to go. We always ask him if he needs to go and he always says no. Any other ideas?

Which QB should I start for Week 2?

Please help me pick 3 wr's to start in my lineup this week. I know Jones & Nelson are must starts. Just torn between Bryant and Edelman. Bryant didn't do much last week because of double coverage all game. Amendola might not even play this week plus Sudfield was a dud for the Patriots last week.

I'm seriously thinking of making the switch from comcast tv to directv. My reason is because comcast is just too damn expensive. I'm going to keep their internet & phone service though. I'm an avid football fan so the sunday night ticket is another reason for me to make the switch. A couple of questions: Would it cost me more for comcast to come and disconnect all the wiring they installed? Also, if I decide to keep the cable lines/wires, will directv be able to use the existing lines when they install their dish?

1st round of the playoffs and I'm in a dilemma. The obvious is to start Brees this weekend IN Tennessee. But I've also got Stafford who is playing at HOME vs a bad secondary in Minnesota. Stafford put up 378 yrds/2 TD during their last meeting in Minnesota. Should I role with who got me to the playoffs which is Brees or should I go with the better match up in Stafford??

Or names with biblical meaning. Any suggestions??

I know Brees is always a must start but I'm kind of iffy on starting him against Green Bay in Green Bay. ALSO...the team I'm playing against has Calvin Johnson on their team. Stafford has good chemistry with Megatron. Who would you start in this scenario?

I have been receiving numerous offers in the mail about refinancing my FHA loan to a lower rate. I've only been a home owner now for 10 months. We are comfortable with our mortgage payment. Our current rate is 5% and many of these letters from banks, mortgage lenders, etc. are offering rates as low as 4.1%. Should I go for it? What are the benefits of refinancing?

I've got an 8 wk old Siberian/Alaskan husky mix. When we leave her alone in our sun room...she wines a lot and it gets very annoying. Is it separation anxiety? We are trying to train her to be calm while she is left alone during the day. Right now, my wife is dropping her off @ a relative's house during the day. Is this the right approach? Is there a better way to train her to be calm while she is left alone?

Okay, so we've been married over a year now but we've been together for over 5 yrs now. We've been trying to conceive and nothing is happening. When we were dating, she would take the pill to regulate her period because she had irregular periods as prescribed by her doctor. So during that time, we would always have unprotected sex and I would always ejaculate inside with no worries of her becoming pregnant. She quit taking the pills ever since we got married so that we can try to conceive but nothing is happening now. She has purchased this thing that tracks when she is ovulating and I have taken a semen test as well with normal results. Please note that the same thing happened with her sister as well. It took her almost 2 yrs to get pregnant. I really want to have a child now being that I'm in my early 30's. Are their any other methods we should look into? Could this also be a genetic thing as well?

My wife and I are looking into buying our 1st dog. She really likes the alaskan husky but after doing some research on them, I'm thinking they are more of a working dog then a house dog. She wants something that's cute and can be easily house trained. I want a dog that's friendly, not too loud during night, very playful. What type of dogs should we look into?

My wife and I put a bid on a house before the April 30 deadline. The seller went with a different offer. That offer tanked. Now the seller gave my Realtor a call back asking us if we were still interested. We said yes. Now we're in contract but we missed the deadline by 5 days. Do I still qualify for the credit even though we put in the offer before the April 30 deadline?
