The boss from the corporate office invited my supervisor and the rest of the crew out to a dinner party at a fancy restaurant. He is allowing everyone to bring a guest. Everyone else is bringing their girlfriend or wife. Would it be appropriate to bring a female friend so that I can "fit in" with everyone else or would it be more appropriate to go alone?

My office started downsizing and my coworker was on the chopping block. My office was required to terminate at least one person every week until the end of the year but they wouldn't tell anyone until the day that they were fired. The guy heard a rumor that he was next, so he called in sick. When they came to escort him out of the building, and discovered that he was out that day, they fired the guy that sits next to him. So that made me wonder if they did that because they couldn't fire an absent employee.

I met a woman the other day and there seemed to be some mutual interest. So I googled her and discovered that she is somewhat of a public figure in the local area and she has her information on Linkedin and a few other networking sites where she shares her background and work history. If I am attempting to get acquainted with her, should I mention that I looked her up and ask her about some of the things that I read on her site? Or would it be a bad idea altogether?

I deep fried a turkey and allowed it to sit at room temperature while it cooled off. 6 hours after cooking it, I put it in the refrigerator. If I cut it up in sections and reheat it, will it be safe to eat?

Or better yet, who was in charge of preventing people from crossing the border or tearing down the wall in the first place?

Any time I need to do any extensive yard work or maintenance around my home that requires digging, as the law requires I call the local contractor that does the markings but they always manage to spray those red and blue paint lines all over my front yard! The markings don't last very long on the grass and gravel but it makes for a very ugly eyesore on my brick pavers!

I couldn't find anything in the APA guidelines that had a rule for quoting a website as a reference source. What is the best way to list this in my references?
