I submitted my resume to a Chiropractor for a job position. I had seen this chiropractor on the occasion of the office's open house and got a complimentary consultation (all consultations ae complimentary regularly). I returned to the office to discuss the X-rays that were taken. At no time was I billed nor did I pay for any services. I feel I was not technically a patient. Is this discrimination under California Labor Laws?

I now have a yard that I want to use planters to add some color and want to go to the local feed store and get some galvanized tubs. What do I need to do to make them useable? Holes in the bottom for drainage? If I want to paint the outside, what kind of paint should I use?

I am selling my Dell Dimensions E310 on eBay and need to wipe everything from the Hard Drive except Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office 2003. How do I wipe everything else including personal information from the Hard Drive and in the Registry? I do not have the WIN XP install disk so completely wiping the HD is not an option. I am uninstalling programs using Iobit Uninstaller which has an advanced option that gets rid of everything in the Registry and on the Hard Drive, but how do I get rid of the personal info that is on the HD and in the Registry? I'm a complete newbie at uninstalling to such a degree.

I have been having what I consider to be a great fluctuation in body weight comparing morning to evening weights. It has varied as much as eight pounds in a 12 hour period. (this happens probably five out of seven days a week) The average difference is around 4-5 pounds. My doctor has already told me that I am probably suffering from Congestive Heart Failure and I am scheduled for an echocardiogram to either rule out or confirm the diagnosis, but I have some of the symptoms i.e.pitting edema of the lower extremeties, & fatigue. Is the weight gain/loss related to the CHF? What is considered a normal variation in weight?

Tenant A has a dog who is being trained as a service animal and comes from a household with children. Tenant B has children also. Tenant A's dog approached Tenant B's children in the parking area of my apartment complex with wagging tail, in a friendly manner. Tenant B shouted "get your dog away from my children" and pulled out a handgun, pointing it at the dog as if to shoot it. Tenant A responded with "hey, hold on--wait a minute", then Tenant B fired a shot over the head of Tenant A, into the air. Tenant A called the Sheriff immediately. The Sheriff's Department AND Police Department helicopters were overhead within a minute demaning via the loudspeaker that Tenant B walk back toward the parking area (he had started walking to his apartment) to wait for the Sheriff's units to arrrive, which they did momentarily, with full lights and sirens. Five units arrived, and took Tenant B into custody. He is facing Felony Charges of Assault With a Deadly Weapon, Discharging a Firearm in Sacramento County, and Child Endangerment since his children were present during the entire situation. Do I have legal precident for breaking my lease due to a Hostile Environment? Can CA law be cited to provide proof to the landlord that there is Legal standing for breaking the lease?

I was given this older monitor. There is a power light but no screen image and the buttons make a beeping sound when selected and pressed. Since it is a Plug & Play it should be recognized by my puter but apparently that is not the case. . I downloaded the correct driver anyway to see if that might solve the problem (driver info provided by ViewSonic site advisor). I'm perplexed. Is there a refresh button that I am unaware of? any suggestions on how to get it to provide an image? I want this monitor to work!!

Dual core, 80G HDD 3.4 GHz, 4G RAM. This unit is known for running hot. What do I need to keep the innards cool?

It is dual core, 80Gb HDD, 4G RAM, 3.4 Ghz processing speed. All reviews have said there could be a problem with excessive heat. What steps do I need to take to keep heat from harming the innards?

Cannot locate link to download the driver and do NOT want to go through one of the driver robot, driver detective, etc. Any suggestions?
