I cannot for the life of me figure out what to do or how to find the answer.

For those of us who have pre-ordered a physical copy of RAGE, can they still add the game to Steam or will it work independently from it.

I am 19 years old and weigh ~170lbs. and I am 5' 6".

I am looking for someone to give me a regiment or something to help me lose about 20-30lbs. and then to gain more muscle and definition, because I have no idea where to start or what to do. Now I'm not looking to be ripped but I would like to be able to see them hahah.

oh and what my diet should be because i know i deffinately intake more than i use.

I have a 2005 Scion xB with a stock radio. I put in a CD and after a few moments it flashed a message saying "Error 1" . I have no idea what this means. does anyone else? and how to resolve it?

*Additonal note. -- It only happens when i put in a DVD-R CD that i tried to burn from iTunes. is there a certain format i should use to have it work correctly with my radio?*
