Why?

I would say at least 50% of the world drink alcohol after a hard days work. A drink is like a fresh breath of air after you come from a hard day's work. Why does the world always mistake the word 'drink' for 'drunk'. The distance between the wovels 'i' and 'u' is far sufficient to understand.

It is infinitely simple and interesting to understand this reaction. When people around the world react to a question, in varied, very different ways. The question which you have asked. Great!

Indian society and culture is structured and concreted over a period of 10000 years. We had a caste structure. The king, the administrators, the warriors, the spiritual leaders, the farmers, the merchants, the labour. This was structured to class people according to their place in society, so that society functions easily, with all contributing to run society to its best, in their own capacities. Modern studies show that when generations follow this pattern, the genetic structure of the human being moulds accordingly to their principle vocation. No doubt knowledge, wisdom and virtue are attainable or available to each and every class of people. But can a barber/farmer/spiritual leader be made king, and be trusted to run society to its betterment. Should society create reservations for this purpose; or in the interest of society should each class be content with his lot and vocation; for society to function harmoniously for never ending generations.

When you are on a train, do you ask the person next to you what caste he is before you sit down? Do you ask the waiter in the restaurant what caste he is before he serves you food. Or is this untouchability, casteism just the myopia (short sightedness) and games the politicians play just to get their party in power.

Culture: fundamental social values, fundamental ethics; fundamental morals have been tried and tested through centuries. Then culture evolves, evolved on the fount which is the scriptures. God's word. Not man made law. Which country reads it the best and follows it the best?

In a civil proceedings, having come to know that my counsels were bribed and influenced the proceedings, I initiated action before the Bar Council. The advocates being members of the Bar Council used their influence and closed the proceedings in a one line obviously manipulated order. Is the Bar Council to be trusted any more. Could we not scrap Section 35 Advocates Act and get our relief before a Civil Court.

I have noticed that some reasonable research is reguired to gve an answer. We are not here to confuse anyone. We are to answer logic as it ought to be answered with the requisite reasoning. Points are a credit to ourselves.

This is the third time I am asking this question. My total points are 1118. Points this week 216. I am a member since 12-01-2007 and I am putting all my effort.

I believe I have put a lot of effort. These archaic figures on the leadership board seem to permanently reside on the pages giving no space for me or any other. Do you not think that after say 10000 points a retirement or proper benefit fund or funeral be arranged for these great people who could also have the benefit to be placed in Madame Tussauds. This would open a place for others including me on the leadership board. I need to see my name on the leadership board, even if I press charges and Sadie Hussy hangs for it.
