i'm a 116 pound 5'4'' 17 year old girl,

i wouldn't consider myself fat, but i just can't look toned.

i've been running everyday, and do tons of crunches and toning exercies, i can feel really strong ab muscles, but they are under this thick roll of fat that i just can't shift, i know it is possible because i know girls who have 0 fat on them, but i just can't get rid of it.

i eat healthy, take virtamin supplements, although i do eat some unhealthy foods like chocolate and cookies at times.

but the moment i try and starve myself i just end up pigging out?

i need help because i am so tired to being all flabby and ugly.

i also have a really fat face and double chin.

how do i get toned? i already do all the toning exercies like crunches, the plank, squats, sit ups, lunges and pushups?

my period ended on the 23/4/10 and i got the pill today? do i start taking "levlen" from the red bit today or do i have to wait until i get my period again, the instructions were not clear.

there is this girl who i have known since i was about 6 and we have been considered "best friends" for about 9 years.

ok i have this "friend" we are mean to be besties but she is mean and an attention seeker.
