husband texted me saying that puppy got lost since last night, and he just found them. they were really thirsty, and 1 threw up some yellow. im assuming she was just dehydrated, and she will be okay? please, dont tell me to see vet. asking for knowledgable answer please

okay, so i bought maybelline mineral powder makeup (as suggested by someone)in classic ivory (lightest shade) and it was too dark on me. so my Q is: if i buy the transparent one, will i still get good coverage without anything else on? I always hear that bare minerals is good, but i cant get it now as i am not working so i want something i can get now. i really want something that wont make me break out, and something that looks natural, i also tend to have dry skin. skin tone kinda uneven and i have freckles. any advice will be greatly appreciated, i can never find the right shade!

I would like to try raw minerals, but for one reason it costs too much and two, not sure if it works. So, I would like to know if anyone has tried store bought minerals, and does it really work as far as natural coverage and wont clog pores?
