  • For those against the arizona law?

Would someone please tell me how this is unconstitutional to ask someone who is already stopped for a lawful reason not involving race for ID? Last I checked there is nothing about this anywhere in the constitution. I have heard the 14th amendment and i have heard Article 1 section 8. Neither of these say that it is illegal to do anything arizona has done. Go ahead, prove me wrong. And remember to cite sources. Otherwise your answer is not credible.

  • Stolen car impounded?

My girlfriend's parents own a car lot. They recently had a vehicle stolen from them here in Florida. The car was found when the driver was pulled over for speeding and was subsequently arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle outside of Shreveport, LA. The car was impounded and because we are in Florida, we could not immediately get to LA to pick up the car. My girlfriend's parents were charged excessive fees by the impound yard of 600 dollars to get the car released to a towing company who brought it back here. Does anyone know if this is legal? Since the owner was not the one who had committed a crime, how is it legal to charge them a fee to return the property to them? If anyone knows if this is illegal, please quote me the title from LA law that would help. I have been unable to find anything. I know they can sue the guy that stole the car, but you can't get blood from a stone. I doubt the guy has any money. Thanks for your answers.

  • Are Yahoo Answers moderators just deleting questions because they don't like the person's political views?

I have had several questions reported for being "insulting or ranting content" that were not. The latest:

Deleted Question: When will people stop trying to say that this Shirley Shirrod case is because fox news said she was a racist?

Violation Reason: Insulting or Ranting Content

Does anyone here think this is not a reasonable question? Who would consider this insulting or ranting?

  • If you are against owning guns, please explain why Chicago has some of the toughest gun laws and the highest?

...crime rates. If making such harsh laws is going to help anything, why is this not working? Can anyone show me some factual statistics proving their side of this? Why is it that Florida has made it easier to get a concealed carry permit and legal to carry a gun in your car without a permit and had a record drop in crime ever since? Are any of you brave enough to put a sign up in your window saying that you refuse to own a gun? Show me where in the US they have made harsher laws and had a drop in crime... And only real sources.

  • Can a single Liberal tell me?

Why Obama is a good president without going off on a tyrant and using only proven facts. Not "facts" you made up or from a source like Wikipedia? Also no insults. If you can do it, maybe i'll give you a best answer and 10pts.
