Tingling sensation from laughing amongst other things?
Although it hasn't happened in a while now, I sometimes get a tingling sensation in my hands and cheeks when laughing for an extended period and I've also experienced it while smoking marijuana (that might not necessarily be the cause). It feels like the affected part is falling asleep. It is sometimes so intense that it becomes overwhelming and anxiety-inducing. Could there be some underlying reason for this that I should be worried about? I was not able to find answers online.
I'm really worried. If the question is stupid and cannot be answered, then at least give me something. what causes tingling in general? THANK YOU
