What if the parts were equal? Or more helium than water? Or vice versa?

Earlier today, I was squeezing a cyst on my friend's back and he seemed fine. All of a sudden he started leaning forward, and then pushing back with all of his body weight. I tried to push him forward thinking maybe he was just leaning back but when I realized he was pushing back hard, I looked at him and he looked totally lost. He sat back on the couch and just looked around everywhere. His eyes were wide open and glassy looking, but he was just totally out of it. I grabbed him and was calling his name asking him what was going on with no response. Finally, he looked at me with the blankest expression and was starting to come to. When he did, he put his fingers in his ears and just blankly stared at me and tried to get up, but I pulled him back down. Then I called his name and he answered me, totally dumbfounded. He had had no idea what just happened. He said it felt like he passed out, he didn't see anything and he felt weightless. He said he thought he was dreaming. When he was coming to he had ringing in his ears and that's why he put his fingers in his ears. He said he felt really dizzy and nauseous and was totally confused. After I made sure he was okay, I got him a bottle water and he pretty much chugged it down and after that he was totally fine for the rest of the night. This all happened in a span of about 20-30 seconds.

He said he's never had seizures before, but could this have been one?

I live in the US and my family is sending me a package from Slovenia. They told me they sent me clothes and CDs for me and my cousin for Christmas. They gave me the tracking number and I tracked it using WorkTrace. It says that it got to the US on December 30th 2008. It says it was supposed to be delivered on Dec 31 2008, but now it's Jan 16th 2009, and I still haven't got it. The last activity is it's being held at customs in New York, and I live in Boston. Will I ever see this package? They sent it through the regular postal service in Slovenia. If I call customs can they help me? I have the flight number which it left on, the shipment number, the receptacle number, and the item number.

Me and my girlfriend have been together for almost two years now. We were having problems because I had problems controling my anger and we fought all the time. We broke up and now she's doing pot and I'm telling her not to because I care about her and I don't want to see anything happen to her. She's 16 and I tell her she has so much going for her and it's not worth it. She just got her license and she has a job and it's just not worth it. She won't listen though. I've learned to control my anger and I want to get back with her to show her I can treat her right. I used to smoke ciagrettes and I quit for her, so why can't she quit pot for me?
