Ive been using google chrome as my primary internet for about a year now and today something quite strange is happening...every time i try to get onto any web page, an error message appears saying that the web page is not available, followed by this: The webpage at http://www.yahoo.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. and a formal error message: Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.

ive tried shutting down/restarting the computer and turning off the firewall, but nothing works. i can get on normal internet explorer fine so i know its not the internet connection. any ideas on what i can do?
