Sister Sister Dee

It is 10°F and the dealer said it would take a while to cure. I have been treated very well by these folks and do not want to sound like I am complaining but my new windshield "chirped" all the way home. I park outside and am hoping the noise will indeed go away when it cures but, if that sounds unlikely, I would like to let them know soon so it does not seem like a new issue if it is still there in a week. I would be very unhappy with a permanent sound like squirrels bickering but I REALLY do not want to complain if this will resolve in time. Please advise. TYVM.

Ideas so far: "Back to Texas Sheet Cake"; a really large no-bake cookie with a plastic bull standing in it; and Coke.

We need more ideas.

I enjoy cooking them in sauerkraut or in boiling water and serving them with thickened cherries or sauteed apples and browned butter. I'd like to try cooking it directly in cider but don't want to ruin a batch. I've haven't found any recipes that would show me someone has done this successfully.

Or why do I enjoy answering optical questions on my time off from being an optician??

I'm on vacation this whole week and I've spent most of it so far looking through the optical section here to see if I can answer people's questions.

Come to think about it, I get excited about new optical frames and new lens technology when I'm at work.

I suppose I'm extremely lucky that I find my little existence so fascinating.
