Can you use the urethane clear coats sold for wood to clear coat painted plastic and metals?

Ok well a while back I bought the 360 version (bought with points linked to account) and now I have given up on my 360 and will have a enthusiast computer parts being delivered (so I will be able to run it i5 2500k + 6950 lol) as I write this. So now my question is can I boot up games for windows live and download them to play on PC instead, or do I have to rebuy (my account is the game for both)

I'm looking at an amazing deal on a graphics card, its a PCI Express 2.0 16x and I only have a PCI Express x16 slot (on the ECS Nettle2 motherboard). Normally it would make sense that you cannot do this but I have run into some topics saying otherwise. So could I have a straight answer, I assume if I can I will suffer from lesser performance, if so how much?

Is there any realistic racing game like the Gumball 3000? The Gumball 3000 is a cannonball race across the States (and sometimes other countries) with nice cars, fast speeds and crazy driving on public high ways? lol there probably isn't but if someone knows one that would be greatly appreciated.

can ALL 2 generation ipod touches be jailbroken?

I am looking to buy a touch and the 2nd gens are clearing and I know that the 3 gen isn't currently jailbreakable.

A song I'm playing has a lot of bass (3 bass, snare, then bass with high hat in-between and for 2 then repeat) at a fast tempo and my calf gets tied and start to get a burning sensation. My bass petal only has one spring, when I go to my lesson I can do it without the hurting or burning in my calf but he has a DW 5000 (two very large springs and has a lot of action in it). Is there anyway to stop it from happening without buying a better petal?

Extra: I'm not that great at doing only the toe on the petal technique really only the whole foot on the petal. Thanks for any help.

I love open ended game (which both of them are) and I love upgrading things and weapons. I didn't like Elder Scrolls 4:Oblivion (just couldn't get into it and I really didn't want to take a large amount of time to understand the game perfectly) and Fallout 3 has been described as "Oblivion with Guns".

I didn't like the first Far Cry or any of the squeals (most of them were junk only the first one was any good) but now that it has upgrades and an open ended experienced I think it would be good. Fallout 3 has that real RPG element that I like. My friends enjoy and enjoyed Fallout 3 even the ones that haven't played Oblivion and the ones that don't play a whole lot of games (or do when they get a new game or get "addicted" to the game). I love to skin and mod my games. I want to get them for my PC and I believe I can run either one of them (awesome PC= ATI 2400 HD Graphics Card and 4 GB RAM they are the biggest factors)

I can't make up my mind and at this point I can't get both (right away) I'll get the other a month or more later.
