Which one of these 2 sentences are correct ?

"You can receive a free chips and salsa" or "You can receive free chips and salsa". The context is a coupon message that i saw the other day...

I think the second is correct but the marketing girl answered me saying that "Also, I think “a chips and salsa” works because it’s technically an order of chips and salsa. Just one individual size. " Since i am the web developer and not in the marketing department this is not a big issue for me but i was just curious...

i just moved to south carolina and back in california i was buying green pickled tomatoes every week. There was this canadian brand called Bubbies. For the last 4 months i've been trying with no success to find Bubbies and then even just green pickled tomatoes (Not the little ones, called tomolives)

Anyone has any idea where i could find some pickled green tomatoes to buy in south carolina, even north carolina or the states around? I can't even find them online to order them.

so, i got pulled over for driving 80 m/hr in in my state CA, and then when i gave them my temporary driving license (which was valid and not expired) since i didnt get my driving license yet, and they did a search in their database and couldnt find it and beside the speeding ticket they also added driving without license...i went and spoke with two dmv managers and they told me that the police man should have known that the temporary driving licenses do no show up when they do a search...now, in a couple of days ill have to go to court for this ticket. Im 24 years old , so im not under 18...now, what papers should i take with me, or where should i print some papers from proving that i can drive with my temporary driving license ? i know it's kinda stupid but i cant just go empty handed to the judge with my hands in the pocket if you know what i mean...
