  • The Shedding Hair Conundrum?

    Hi, I am a nearly 16 year old girl and have dark, thick, kind of long Asian hair. About a half a year ago, I noticed that I have been shedding a lot more hair than I ever have before.

    Everytime I run my fingers through my hair or shampoo it, a CLUMP of hair would come out. It's kind of disturbing. It's not like I have bald spots or anything, but I am frustrated by this. I am a healthy, hygenic person, so why is my hair falling out?!
