Does anyone remember the name of the show..?
I remember watching this show as a kid where there was this talking lizard who would ask all these questions about animals and then the narrator would answer all his questions. As he was answering them, they would show clips of the animals doing random stuff to help answer the questions. They would show cartoon clips of the animals too sometimes.. does anyone remember the name of that show?
1 AnswerComics & Animation1 decade agoSomething's wrong with my betta fish..?
My betta fish is pretty lifeless now, sometimes he'll just float there, especially on his side or with his head down. He has this weird white stuff on his eyes (I gave him some Melafix for that) and his tank is kinda foggy now. I put some new decorations and stuff in his tank last night so I'm not sure if that's causing the fogginess or not. I'm not sure what exactly I should do for him or what's wrong with him.
6 AnswersFish1 decade agoSolving right triangles..?
I have to solve all the right triangles then round them to the nearest tenth. I'm not sure if maybe I missed how to do this since I was absent the past two days because I don't remember ever going over this.
The hypotenuse of the triangle is 12 and one of the legs is 8. The only angle that you know the measurement to is the 90 degree angle. I need to know how to figure out how to get the length of the other leg and what the measurements of the other two angles are. If anyone could please explain to me how to do this, I'd really appreciate it.

1. Three identical resistors are connected in parallel. The equivalent resistance increases by 740 when one resistor is removed and connected in series with the remaining two, which are still in parallel. Find the resistance of each resistor.
2. A 13- coffee maker and a 18- frying pan are connected in series across a 120-V source of voltage. A 22- bread maker is also connected across the 120-V source and is in parallel with the series combination. Find the total current supplied by the source of voltage.
He keeps telling me I won't be able to find the answers but, hopefully someone knows. =/

1 AnswerHomework Help1 decade agoHow do you stop your eyes from burning when you've been staring at a screen for a long time?
Like besides just stop looking at it or rest or eyes or something like that.
Like when you can't just "take a break" and have to keep looking at the screen. My friend has to do a lot of homework on his computer so I was just wondering if there's anyway to stop his eyes from burning..

2 AnswersHomework Help1 decade agoOkay, my friend is kind of a perfectionist.. any ways to help him see that not everything has to be perfect?
I wanted to know because I was reading an article about perfectionists and there were a lot of negative things about it that I really don't want him to go through.
He says that "if you can't reach that 99.9% area, then you wasted your time with whatever you were doing.."
And he sees everything as one big competition.. because that's how he motivates himself, which I think would be okay if he just didn't have to have everything be perfect seeing as there's no such thing as perfection, in my opinion.
Maybe this isn't even that big of a deal and I'm just being paranoid again, but I just don't want anything bad to happen to him.
So yeah.. what do you guys think?
