  • Should I try this diet?

I'm thinking of doing the abc diet. Before you go all crazy calling me and idiot, I know how unhealthy it is, so I decided to switch up the diet a bit and I'm wondering if my modifications could be considered healthy and if they'll work. I was thinking of doing the original diet for just 1-2 weeks, then doing it with double the calories for about 2 weeks, then continuing on with double the calories with the exception of unlimited fruits and veggies. Do you think this would work without me gaining weight back? And would I still lose weight?

  • If you have been restricting your caloric intake, then start increasing it, will you gain weight?

I've been restricting my calories for about 5 months now, I'm not anorexic, I just intend to lose some weight, then return to a normal diet. I don't want to gain all the weight back once I return to a normal amount again. I plan to increase my intake very slowly (as in by 50 calories a month). If I do this, will I still gain weight, even if I'm burning more calories than I eat?
