Hi, I'm trying to make a flexible bracket for a tennis tournament. I have all the names of the players in a list. What I want to do is to make a schedule where I can input the seed number for the match, and then the name of the seed that it is referring to will pop up next to it. For example, if all my names are listed in column A and I input into column B the seed number 5, then in column C I would like A5 to appear. It's basically taking the value of B, and putting it into the formula in C. So on paper it would look like, "=A(B5)."

Can someone please explain why volatility's value is a percentage? What is the value actually saying? If a price's volatility is 30%, is it 30% more likely to fluctuate?

I have been trying to measure the historic volatility of the S&P500 and by plugging in the standard deviation (10 days) into the volatility formula, I get the percentage values. But I would like to explain what the values really mean.
