3 AnswersQuotations1 decade agoWhat are two things that people believe are similar, but in actuallity are very different?
Or two things that people believe to be different, but in actuality are very alike. For example, people often say that achieving success in life is very much like climbing up a ladder. However, one may argue that they are very different because when climbing up a ladder, each step is evenly space out and exactly like the next. A child can climb up a ladder as easily as an adult. However, achieving success is not like climbing a ladder because sometimes difficulties arise and it is harder to 'climb up'.
what other examples could you think of?
Thanks!
