  • What's the best clutch for a 2000 4.6L Mustang GT?

First off, when purchased, it was an automatic with 77,000 miles, it had the 4L60E transmission with the 2200rpm stall converter. It's a 4.6l SOHC P.I. Windsor 6 bolt block. Mods are original factory headers, straight pipes through X to a 1 chamber exhaust, 3.55 Richmond gears, 31 spline axle shafts, line lock, C.A.I., 90MM Lightning MAF, 30LB injectors, '03 Cobra 255lph fuel pump,

Custom Tune, supplemental Jet Stage 3 Performance chip.

I destroyed the automatic transmission in a matter of months. Draining the transmission, was like opening a pinata.

I had installed a Tremec T-45 which was factory optional versus the Tremec 3650 for the GT's in 2000 as a replacement for the automatic... The synchros went out in the T-45, and I dropped it and replaced it with a 3650 and a King Cobra clutch...

The Tremec 3650 is holding up nicely, I've installed a Hurst T-5 short throw shifter, and have toasted the FRPP King Cobra Clutch that I installed.. I got about 40,000 miles out of the King Cobra before it started slipping. I want something affordable, easy to install, and SERIOUSLY durable. This is my daily driver, and I beat it up at the track as well.

  • Planes, Trains, Jets, and Light Bulbs.?

We've designed and engineered solar panels to charge batteries, and trains that weigh over 1,000,000lbs that are moved by electricity, and aircraft that can be powered by man, along side lightbulbs that are flourescent..

How come no-one has engineered a Solar powered, electric turbine jet engine that runs off magnets and batteries for aircraft disregarding weight as a discontinuing factor?

  • Reinventing the already existant?

As a species, we've accomplished great things, and also accomplished some not so great things.. We've managed to conquer the oceans, space, air, and some of the most inhospitable terrain on the planet.. We've engineered fire from sources such as piezoelectic crystals, photoelectric metals, and engineered gunpower. We've put a plaque on the moon, and robotic astronauts in orbit around every planet in the solar system that we can reach. We can unify our efforts on a global scale to accomplish great things and expand our horizons to those that are unseen by the naked eye, and actually "get it done" when we really try. We are artists, poets, engineers, scientists, and just plain creatures of intellect. We are also murderers, rapists, convicts, consumers, and destroyers of everything that we touch, or is affected by our presence. We've managed to create great mechanical devices that have assisted us in attaining almost every single goal we've set before us, and continued to improve upon them daily. Some of these devices that are our TOOLS, utilize our enviorments natural resources with reckless abandon. Some contribute to the well being of the enviorment, but the percentage is so miniscule it's irrelevant.

How long do you believe we will continue to exist in this give and take relationship with our enviorment, before it adapts a new behavior that forces a consequencial alteration of our relationship with it?

On a microbiological scale would we as humanity be equal to a colony of bacteria, infecting a host?

  • Zeitgeist.com CRAP OR CONSPIRACY?

I am an former U.S. Army E-5, and support my country when, and how I can. I was inspired by my ideaological step-daughter to watch the Zeitgeist movie, and have found sensible and logical conclusions to alot of theoretical questions, and situations. I've done the math, read the books, looked, searched and wondered. I love the people this countries flag stands for, and the basis it was built upon, but I believe that our government is as corrupt as a pickpocket. I want to know if anyone else thinks that the radical ideas expressed in the Zietgeist.com movie are of logical and sound deduction as well. Do you think it's crap or conspiracy, and please.. Be sensible, I intend to show the responses to my stepdaughter. She's 13.
