  • Which of the two is better?

The Obama camp (House and Senate Democrats Reid, Pelosi et al) using the Economic Crisis as a smokescreen to hide the issues against Obama's inexperience and corrupt cronies, by prolonging the agony thru instigating partisanship and politics.

    OR

John McCain seemingly heroic(albeit also politically motivated) but failed efforts to get a bipartisan approval of the Bail Out package due to the Democratic blockade.

I dunno who is more to blame but I know both of them are.

  • Why is Obama NOT Helping in the Bail-out Talks?

Fact - He and the Dems during the bi partisan meeting with the President, McCain and the Republicans ran the blame game.

They accused John McCain of all sorts of propaganda when in fact after the meeting John S McCain did not appear in public interview until after Obama and the democrats whined and whined on TV about how this bail out deal could not resolve because of partisan politics.

Now if you are on TV and pointing fingers at the other camp arent you being partisan and not helping make the public understand the cause?

Every negative word they say is damaging the process, why dont they sort it our first and refine their statements.

It seems to me Obama is practicing the politics as usual and he does not embody the change he is saying.

McCain has never tried to say who's fault it is. Or Has even claimed merit for the on going deal.

First Obama won't budge on the debate because he things it is as important as this looming economic crisis (plus the fact that it will ruin his memorization of the foreign policy topic he worked so hard this past few weeks)

Obama is afraid people will see he and the democrats are non doers. That in fact in 2005, the republicans requested a bill to be passed precisely made to prevent this but the democrats just sat on it.

  • Which of the two VP Gaffes(s) is/are Dumber?

    Sarah Palin

Katie Couric: "Can you name any specific examples of how John McCain has put forth proposals to reform Wall Street?"

Sara Palin: "Uh, I'll go try to find some and bring 'em to ya."

    Note: A smart side step?

    Joe Biden

    Gaffe # 1

"When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed," Biden told Couric. "He said, 'Look, here's what happened.'"

Note: What happened to President Hoover? LOL

    Gaffe # 2

"If you want to know where Al Qaeda lives, you want to know where Bin Laden is, come back to Afghanistan with me. ... Come back to the area where my helicopter was forced down, with a three-star general and three senators at 10,500 feet in the middle of those mountains. I can tell you where they are," he said to the National Guard Association. (According to ABC News, Biden's helicopter was forced down by a snowstorm).

    Gaffe # 3

"I thought that was terrible, by the way. I didn't know we did it and if I had anything to do with it, we'd have never done it," he told the CBS “Evening News” in reference to this Obama-Biden ad. (referring to McCain not being able to use a mouse or keyboard)

    Gaffe # 4

"Make no mistake about this," Biden responded. "Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America. Let’s get that straight. She’s a truly close personal friend, she is qualified to be president of the United States of America, she’s easily qualified to be vice president of the United States of America, and quite frankly, it might have been a better pick than me. But she’s first rate, I mean that sincerely, she’s first rate, so let’s get that straight."

    Gaffe # 5 -- I LOOOVE THIS ONE

“you cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent.”

Americans are living beyond their means. We need to admit it because if we don't no matter WHO is in the Whitehouse we will never recover.

Now I don't care weather you are a Democrat or Republican or an Independent. This is a cultural problem somehow all of us are guilty of.

#1 We need to ADMIT that something must be done at the population level to practice WISE SPENDING

#2 We need to accept and address the problem. How many of you have debts you have no idea how to pay off or has enganged in a loan when you dont have a stable job.

  • Would you risk it if...?

Would you risk voting for a man who tells he will meet with dictators without preconditions knowing that both Bolivia and Venezuela has recently recalled its diplomats from the US and expelled our ambassadors.

Knowing that Russia is in close communication with the Venezuelan dictatorship and is mocking the US for vocally condemning its invasion of a small former soviet state Georgia. Now they are doing joint military exercises for what? The Americas has not had any single inter country war for a number of years. Is the exercise aimed at humiliating us around the world?

Are you comfortable that this man, who has done a lot of oratorical wonder would want to immediately raise the white flag in Iraq.

Are you comfortable voting for a man now that Kim Jong IL is apparently sick and the balance of power in North Korea may fall on dangerous hands.

Are you comfortable that Iran has seemingly reignited its nuclear weapons program.

America needs to be secure. America needs to restore World respect by first regaining the confidence of the Free world.

The right choice is the man with both the experience and the conviction to lead this nation.

Would you risk it with anyone less?

  • Do you think Matt Damon is a Lunatic?

DAMON: It's a really terrifying possibility. The fact that we've gotten this far and we're that close to this being a reality is crazy, crazy. She -- I mean does she really -- I need know if she really thinks dinosaurs were here 4,000 years ago. That's an important -- I want to know that. I really do. Because she's going to have the nuclear codes, you know. I -- I want to know if she thinks dinosaurs were here 4,000 years ago or if she banned books or tried to ban books. I mean -- you know, we can't -- we can't have that.

  • Why is Obama running after Palin's Bridge to Nowhere?

When in fact He and Biden in 2005 VOTED to APPROVE that bridge.

He is asking why as mayor of Wasilla Palin secured $27 m in earmarks when he didn't mention that as a Mayor Palin didn't have that power only Congressmens and Senators do.

Fact: Obama voted against Govt wasteful spending only 2x in his career. McCain voted 100% against it in his 30 year career. And Biden? Zero percent

Fact: Obama chastised Palin for her earmarks while he finds nothing wrong with alloting $1m for a hospital in which his wife Michelle was a VP. To date he has over $1b in earmarks (Running total for his career)
