I need to translate the following phrase into Latin: "Poisonous swimming cloud"

Please help! My ex-wife wrote the poem (below) and it apparently is not completely correct in terms of the French grammer. Can someone please help? I want to be able to see it corrected and know what she was saying/meaning when she wrote it.
