I had a hermit crab with a decorative shell in a cage with a plastic lid. He is very active at nights. This morning, I noticed that the cage's lid is open and the crab is no where to be found. I looked around the room but cant find the crab or the shell. The cage was on the table. Wondering how could he have escaped from the table to the floor and dissappeared..? Any help?
