Ok, my now "ex" fiancee found a new woman and wants my children & I out of the house. We are both on the title to the house & he is on the mortgage solely. He filed a false restraining order on me saying I threated him & his daughter. They made my children & I leave the house. I told them I was on title, and we still had to leave. I in turn, filed a restraining order on him due to threats of harm from his family & he also hit me in the head resulting in two black eyes...(I have the pics from 2 months ago).We had court Monday & it was adjourned & rescheduled for Tuesday since he did not get served yet. ALL of my belongings are in the house, he changed the locks to the house, and he has his new girlfriend staying there with all of my belongings in the house. My children & I are staying at a friends with 5 people in a 2 bedroom apt. I have no $ to hire an attorney at this time as I just put $ down for a rental home that I can move into on June 1st. The question is what are my rights?
