  • Need help!! My husband and I were arguing last night, he took our daughter, what can I do legally?

I still love this man. We was arguing because he swears at me and I don't like it at all. So then, when I started packing my bag and waking up the three boys, he took off with our daughter. He said that he was over his mother's house and he was there and he has let me see our daughter this morning. For lunch I spent time talking to him and being with our daughter. I had went back to work and had to leave to go home and he was there. He didn't get anything else. Does he really want to leave me?

  • Have a problem with my nephew's mother.?

I have a 4 year old nephew that is cute as a bug but doesn't act like a 4 year old. He is very stand offish and doesn't speak loudly or some times at all. His mother doesn't take the time to mother him like she should and she expect everyone else to raise him. This is my husband's brother's son and he isn't in the picture at all. My husband and I have three boys and just had a baby girl 5 months ago. We have other nephew's that are three years old and they speak clearer and understand things way better than this child. I have taken him to be check for hearing and other test and they came back normal. The school said that they want to test his comprehension and that was this summer. The problem is that the mother won't take him to the appointments plus she is out doing things rather than taking care of her son. It gets to be very challenging when every weekend my husband picks up this child and he will speak a little bit to him and not at all to me and my boys. The boys are 14,11, & 7.

  • How do I get through this?

I am a mother of three young boys. We live in a small predominately white town. Sunday, my children were playing at a park and my best friends children were also there playing. There was a little caucasion boy also playing there. Any how the boys got into a tist but they resolved it. I went and checked on them and my oldest son told me about the tist that had happened. I advised my children that if they couldn't play together then they needed to come home. Everyone was fine with it and so my friend and I returned to my house. 10 minutes later my middle son runs over and tells me that the mother is screaming at them and calling them names. I go back over there and yell to her that if she has a problem with my children then she needs to address them to me. Needless to say she cursed at me and told me to come over. To make this shorter both of us pushed each other. I was the only one who recieved a notice to appear in court. What do I need to do? I tried to file a police report but I cant

  • Married men only, if your wife lied to you about something would you trust her?

My husband is on work release in another city. The past two weekends I haven't been able to see him because I had to spend those weekends in jail for driving on a suspend license. I didn't want him to worry about what was going on back here so I didn't tell him this. I felt guilty about lying to him and I told him. Now he thinks that I'm cheating on him and he doesn't believe me. I have finished with serving my time and want to see him and talk to him about this huge misunderstanding, I have my driving license again. What can I do to reassure him that I am here for him, that I love him and that I wouldn't ever cheat on him. It has taken us 17 yrs to come together and we will be married 1yr in April. I don't want to loose him. All answers will be looked at.

  • My husband was just transfered to work release and things have been going great until recently,?

he says that the staff there treat them like crap. I have noticed that he has become very impatient about recieving mail. He has jumped to the conclusion that I am being unfaithful. He comes home in November and I haven't given him any reasons to doubt or even question our relationship. How is it that he would ever doubt me now that his time is so close to being up? For valentines day, I recieved a letter that said he is noticing that his feelings for me are changing but, he says that he still loves me and is still in love with me, should I be worried?

  • I have three wonderful boys, two are in elementry and my oldest is in middle school.?

My husband isn't the father of none of them but treats them as if they are his. He is incarcarated and will be coming home in Nov. of this year. Our boys are very well behaved and make excellent grades in school. How do I get my parents and siblings to stop downing my husband around the boys? They know that this hurts me and they know that it hurts the boys too. Yes, my husband made a bad choice and he is paying for it now. All he and I want is our family back together and our family happiness. Also, am I teaching them that its wrong to forgive someone for doing drugs(my husband had tried to make some extra money for our wedding that didn't happen and instead we got married while he was in prison. All three of the boys attended and two of my dearest friends and this made it that more special.)
