weed growning & selling legally by convicted felons in michigan ? is that even allowed ?

when my brother inlaw died w/o a will, he had changed his primary life insurance from his exwife to his mom with the understanding it was to be put into safe keeping for his son. he also had a 401k and other insurance. does the family have to probate thses stuff for the minor son ? AND what happens if someone decides to use the intended insuance money for other than what was intended ?

I run windows one care & it caught and ip address trying to instal a trojan:win32/fake xpa on my pc...& my security gave me this info & ...said where it came from [ city & state ] how can I find out who has the ip ?

I just found a mortgage record was done by my sister under what I think was our mothers tax ID...reason being is that the Id # on a quit claim deed in 1999 with mothers name & a mortgage record in my sisters name in 1998 Are the same tax ID' #'s For the same property.

can that be right ? & can the same tax ID # be listed for 2 different people if they are mother & daughter or husband & wife ?

all of a sudden I have a acct on my computer & it is a limited acct but has a password protection, & can I delete all of it w/o goofing my pc because when I started to delete it said if I did delete it would remove all of it's web info & certificates...

a person w/ poa which I can not find to be registered, just admitted to the joint party being mentally unstable & that they did things this way w/ quit claim deed to hide assets from state etc. what can be done ? who would I contact ?

upon search of recorded county records I keep seeing JTWSR next to the names...what does this mean ? & in state of michigan, if a poa is not registered, is it still legal ?

where is good link to find info about factor 5 & 8. & how is it related to being southern people ? and what exactly is von wilderbrant & it's symtoms.
