I live in the San Francisco bay area and I am moving to a nearby city soon. I know you are supposed to tip movers, but I'm not sure how much. Is it a percentage of the total cost?

Also, if a delivery person goes above and beyond in delivering an item for you, are you supposed to tip them, and how much if so?

Probably not flowers and chocolates. Something sentimental without being too cheezy or expensive. The big, expensive things are for birthdays and xmas. I asked my husband what he might like and he's not much help, he just say for me to get whatever I want. I'm stumpued.

I have long, dry, brittle hair that is prone to spliting and tangles. It is colored. What are some good treatments and/or conditioners to use? The day I wash my hair it feels nice and soft, but by the next day it is very dry. I am using Ojon shampoo/conditioner which worked well at first, but now my hair seems to be "immune" to it.

I do not get along at all with one of my current boyfriend's best friends, who happens to be a girl. She does not like me and always snubs me and I'm uncomfortable around her. She is physical with him (hugs that seem a little too long) even though she has a boyfriend. I tried to explain to my boyfriend about the times I felt snubbed by her and he claimed it was all in my head and he wouldn't listen to my side of the story. He seems to take her side over mine in these disputes. I'm not sure I can or should continue a relationship under these circumstances. It is hard for me to hang out with him while he is around her, but she is always with him because he and his cousin (her BF) live in the same house. He claims to love me, and not care if his friends/family don't like me, but in time it will matter a lot if they don't like me. Unless married, it seems that friends always take priority over a romantic relationshp. There is no simple answer, I guess just some insight would be good.

My ex cheated on me (and took pics of it using MY digital camera) so naturally I'm skittish about relationships now. However, I'm with a guy that seems to be good for me, but I'm too scared to trust him and I'm afraid of being cheated on again.
