So, I am 36 weeks pregnant. I fell in a store because they mopped and neglected to put up wet floor signs. Long story short, after tired of dealing with the pain, I took a vicodin. 5mg...then I was still having pains, so I went to the ER where my doctor told me to go for a labor check. Since I cannot have x-rays, they wanted to make sure my back pain was not labor. While here for the hour and a half monitor labor check, they took a urine sample. It came back positive for opiates. Of course it did. I admitted to taking a vicodin and they called DCF on me. My doctor came in furious and said he had not ordered a drug test and one should not have been done. The nurse said it was hosiptal procedure. I have a prescriptoin bottle for vicodin. The rx was from November when I had a tooth pulled. Is this right for the hospital to do? Has anyone ever been in this situation and what do I do?

I want to view someones arrest history. I know he has been arrested several times, in my county, but I cannot find anything. He has been convicted of a few things, but never done anything more that\n a nite or two in jail. How can I find these records?

I am under alot of stress rite now. I do not have the appetite I usually have. So, I dont eat. Yesterday, I only ate dinner at around 6:30pm. My question is this...Is it just as bad to not eat as it is to eat junk? I have heard that it slows your metabolism and stuff, but if I'm not hungry, should I eat anyways? Is the stress I feel covering my hunger? I dont want to fall into the category of "the girl with the eating disorder". Should I eat even though I'm not hungry?

He took it off...permanetly. So, I need to fugure out how. I looked in the Internet tools under restricted sites, no good. Its not being restricted. I looked under the programs in the control panel, no good. Does anyone know how I find out what he did and fix it....without asking him! HAHA! Please help!

Nothing can be done. I'm actually lucky to have this job, as they have just laid off 2 people. Ma and another girl will be running this place...pretty much alone. Do I look for a new job. I love my job, which is normally 9 to 6, sit at a desk all day talking on the phone. Now, its 5:30am, stand at a counter, use the register, answer the phone, ugh! I hate this part! What to do, what to do??? HELP

I am 23 years old. 5"7 and about 148lbs. I would like not just to loose about 10 pounds, but control what I'm eating to control my weight. How many calories should I have a day? How about carbs? See, I would prefer to eat extra fruits and veggies...things I know are good for me. But its not so easy where I work. I can't leave to go get food. While their is a resturant here, I can't eat the same salad everyday. So, like if I have to grab a bag or doritos or something to hold me over, I'd like to know what else I can have that day after that. NMake sense? I just need an idea so I don't go over board...like not eating enough or too much. Thanks in advance.

I went to the doctor yesterday because I have had my period for 10 days...which is very abnormal for my body. Since I'm already anemic, they are worried about my iron. The doc wants me to have a DNC done to clean things out. He thinks this will help my period become more regular. I dont have insurance. Does anyone know about how much they cost without insurance???

Ok. Me and my husband split. Before we did, he hit me and the cops threw him in jail. They asked if I wanted to press charges, and I said no, because I knew he would press them back, even though I was only defending myself. Stupid..I know. But anyways, the state picked up the charges and put him in jail anyways. So, my question is this. He has court Monday. I was not given a subpoena, but should I go anyways? Do I need to be there even thought the state picked up the charges? We are being friends for the kids now and he has asked me to try to help him out. I know I shouldn't, but I will. Should I show up in court or not?

My husband and I are seperated. We have been for a month now. He has a new girlfriend. My best friend! But, he wont give me any money for support. Now, I find myself working 6 - 10 hour days and 3 nights as a waitress to try to make ends meet. Whenever he wants to see the kids, I let him. But, recently, it was his weekend and he was supposed to get the kids on Friday and he called and said he had something really important to do. Come to find out 3 days later...he actually took his new girlfriend shopping and out to eat. How nice! But he cant give me any money because he says since I had him thrown in jail for hitting me, it is costing too much to get out of trouble. Not my fault? Should he see his kids or should I make him pay? I dont want it to be like I'm selling them or renting them, but I want him to realise what I am going through to make our kids life smooth. Working waaayyy too much! I dont know what to do..any suggestions will help!

Another friend who lives 2 houses down from her told me they keep seeing his truck there. So I called her and asked her and she acted like a coward..and I started getting angry and then he got on the phone. He was there with her. He wants us all to be friends. Should I accept his offer and swallow my pride and be her friend still or should I beat this hoe (who used to be a very close friend) down?

I work as a reservations manager for a small marina and resort in Florida. I just had a lady call me and ask me if I could "spruce" up a room for her for her parents 10th wedding anniversary. She is asking me what I think we should do to make the room more romantic. I say rose pedals on the bed and trickeled on the floor around the bed as well as a few nice smelling candles lit around the room. She wants more..not too much more, but simple things. I'm lost! What else can we do besides rose pedals and candles to make the room more romantic?
