  • why did yahoo change my email?

EVERY SINGLE TIME I click on an email, the page jumps, and I have to find the email AGAIN that I want to click on, and click it once again. Epic fail, Yahoo! Why do you keep changing things that are not broken? I think you are trying to make this look like Gmail, and you are losing. Maybe switching to Gmail is not a bad idea. Is there anyone else having this page jumping problem when trying to open an email, and if there is have you found a way to fix it???

  • Need a Yahoo contact email address, please?

My profile is set up to NEVER allow IM's or emails from anyone, yet today I received an email through Yahoo Answers, from a person I had answered a question for. Is that allowed? I thought that if I had it set that way, they are not allowed to send me personal emails from users. Am I mistaken? I need Yahoo's email address to question them about this matter. Can anyone help?

PS: At least it was a nice email from asker.

  • If I block an email address, does the blocked person know that I have blocked their email address?

In other words, if I want to 'send a message' (so to speak), to someone I dislike, without actually sending a message to that person, if I block their email address, will they know I blocked their address? Will they receive a 'mailer daemon' notice, or something that says I am not accepting emails from that email address? Or, will their email to me just get lost in the www ether?

  • Does anyone know what is the email address to forward spoof/phishing emails to Yahoo?

You know the one's that say I have won 5 million pounds in a multi-web users lottery...yea, right! I'd love to help Yahoo! catch these pieces of crap who do this kind of stuff.

  • Addendum to my previous question: Can my only son be drafted?

There have been several of you who have answered...and you KNOW who you are...who seem to think I was implying that my son is ANY better than anyone else's. I NEVER implied that. And you will see that if you will REREAD my original question, because you mistakenly assumed (and you know what assuming does) that was my implication.

People DO NOT come here to be ridiculed. People come here for quick answers to a pressing question. I ONLY came here for an answer to my question, not to be insulted. Shame on you. Of course my son is VERY special to me...maybe even more special because he is my ONLY child. EVERYONE should feel as I do for their children. I asked the question for information, but more than that, out of concern for his welfare.

So, my question NOW is...what makes people so mean? Is it just because they can be, because this is SO anonymous a forum? If that is what your reasoning is, well......need I say more?????
