Rabies question...?
Vets say that if a dog bit someone (and you're not sure if the dog has rabies or not), it should be quarantined and observed for 10 days. If it becomes sick or ill, then it could be rabid.
My question is: Why would a dog with rabies become ill within days after biting someone? What's happening to it?

I don't want to work in the modern styles because I don't get any sense of accomplishment from them. However, it seems they attract more buyers. I don't want to compromise my principles and my sense of aesthetics. I just want to know: what's the deal? BTW, I live in the Philippines.

Aside from holy water, garlic, etc., what do the myths say? If werewolves can be killed with a silver bullet, with what material do you capture them alive? Do plain metal chains work? Or do they have to be made of certain materials?
