I have carpol tunnel in both my hands but lately I am not sure it is the cause of my poor circulation, especially in my fingers.

I just came inside and it was so cold out but was wearing gloves (from car into buildinng) and at first my finger tips were blueish and now they are very white (especially one digit tip) and it has been 40 minutes. I was not outside in the cold for a long period of time so I know it has nothing to do with them being frost bitten or anything like that.

Anyone have any ideas and can you send me in the right direction as to websites I can visit or have you had a similar problem and what causes it and how the heck can I find a remedy for it?

They drive me batty with their "HELLO'S" Why must they do this to us? Can we do anything to stop them besides pop up blockers?

If you had a "Best Friend" who emailed another so called "friend" and they both talked down about you behind your back and l;aughed about you would you still be friends?

If she hosted a party and you attended and you were ridiculed and embarassed at the party that almost ended your marriage would you still be friends.

I am pretty sure what the answer is that she is not a friend at all but I just wanted to hear what you all thought.

BTW we are not teenagers, we are women and I honestly thought all these stupid high school games ended in high school.

I go shopping to spend my hard earned money but it seems most people who work in retail hate their jobs and half the time they don't even lift their heads to awknowledge you as you purchase something from the place of business they work at.

A hello or good morning is all that is needed to say to a customer, why is it so hard to do this?

I understand that maybe you are having a bad day but DON'T bring it to work with you!

If you have a job please take pride in it no matter what it is, the more you try and smile and act cheerfull the more you will actually feel this way.

Remember, what goes around comes around. How would you feel if you were treated this way when you are the customer.
