I recently learned that Southwest Airlines allows Pets to travel with the customer, but do they also allow this for international flights?

Today I brought my dog to the groomer's and he came back with a haircut and a free necklace. It's a pretty loose necklace and is made completely of plastic. However, because my dog has longish fur i usually don't let him wear necklaces or even a collar (he's an indoor dog). I tried to take it off, but he just quickly slips his head back in. Why does he do that?

Is it because of their stomach? And is it okay for them to eat milk-flavored treats?

Also, what happens to dogs that drink a lot of milk? My neighbor has a dog, a Maltese, same as mine, and she feeds hers cow milk everyday...

I tried to tell her not to feed her dog milk but she won't listen, maybe I can persuade her by telling her what would happen if she continues.

Is it possible to use just one piece of cloth to sew cloth into a ball?

Also, how do i get rid of it? I found out that i could buy medicine for my Maltese, but i'm not sure if it's really good for him.

My maltese usually just sits and scoots around and moves with his front paws. It looks like he is trying to wipe his butt, but im not sure; i clean his butt everytime hes done, so its clean. Is this regular? This is my second dog, but my first one never did this...

He's still pretty young, but he has a lot of matts in his fur... like they're so big that we have to cut it off. But after we cut it off, he looks almost bald at that side. Should i shave him, or is it bad for malteses? like, if they get shaved too often then does the hair not grow back? also, winter's coming soon so should i make him wear a shirt or something, or is that bad for the hair?

There's a small chance that I'm moving to another place out of my country. And, the place I'm moving to is very strict on dogs. For example, I have to bring my dog into the airport 6 MONTHS early so they can check if he has rabies. Also, he will have to suffer being in a cage with other dogs. Some people say that once the dog goes onto the airplane, the dog will hate you...

someone help me

my relatives live near someone who has about 20 dogs but they're all chained up. Once, i tried to appproach it but it started snarling and trying to run at me. my aunt said that they were like that because they were chained up since they were small.

i have a yorkshire terrier and he's tied up for nightime and most of the day. Will he turn agressive too? should i stop this?

also i chain him up because he wrecks furniture and my mom doesnt like him...

He's not allowed downstairs because he poos everywhere downstairs. Is that the reason why?

we have to change dog treats and food for him a lot or else he won't eat at all... but he drinks TONS of water daily.
