When I go to Mac site, they don't have op-system updates for osx 3.14(?) which I must do to download ANY programs online. I was hoping to use it for watching dvd's, music, and online browsing for my guest room. Where would I go to update this 'old man'? It's an EMac.

I have acquired a collection of 1950-1960 HO scale model train cars. They are not assembled; each in thier original boxes; along with bridges; tracks and ALL the little parts and pieces; even landscape materials. I need a link to help determine thier value. They crossed a locked gate, bullied my tenants, and when they told police that my husband didn't live there, they called Child Protective Services and had them pull my tenants' kids! Now, my husband did have a warrant for child support (now paid), and my house has been approved by the State as 'kid friendly' (then&now). But these jerks wouldn't show paper and I can't get any proof that they had right not to honor my gate. They snooped all over property making untrue statements to my tenants (who, by the way, got their kids back in 72 hours).

So, where do I get info? Or should I be talking to an attorney about this?

I turn it off then on if I catch it b4 it dies. It sometimes fixes it, but only for a few minits. Fuel gauge drops 1/8 tank each time, on dash, not in tank. happens on uphill grade more often than not? Whyyyyy?!

My friend was bailed out by bondsman, went to court, was sentenced to two days. He paid the guy $250 w/ $250 due. Also the bondsman wanted a car title. Another friend "forged" his name on one of his titles to give to bondsman, as per his request. My friend still owes the $250 balance, did not show up to do two days and the bondsman has just taken his car! There is a catch. Inmates aren't allowed to "sign" ANYTHING off while incarcerated in WA. Does that leave him any options? (Besides doing the two days) Now the guy wants $750 to get the car back! ???? We are trying to do this right, now.

He was incarcerated for stolen property for 8mo. I was mad, went out one nite, vented, cheated, woke up, ran home. Been sucking *ss ever since. 3 yrs have gone by! I am so tired of going w/o enough food, deferred maintenence on my home, no special couple dates anymore, and even on a good mood day, he will pull the rug out from under us if he even thinks about it. He says he loves me, worries he'll lose me. Then why am I still being punished? Wouldn't a guy want to do something to keep me here? I never threaten to leave, but I feel that I may have to out of self preservation. Guys? Suggestions? I know things aren't looking good, but I want to know I tried...
