Does this work right away?

If I do this next week will it work for me even though I have been taking pills for 3 years now.

If you record a video on gopro, does it automatically get uploaded to a iPad, phone, or computer when you record it? Or do you have to press a few buttons for it to happen.

I know how to record "what you hear" on audacity.. Or I thought I knew. Well I have the Audacity Model 1.2.6 and I want it to record "what you hear" and i can't figure it out. Can anyone tell me how? It's already downloaded so don't give me download links just tell me how to change it.
