My son is 19 and on probation. we live in a small town in ohio. His po is married to a city policeman. He was arrested by her husband for underage consumption and probation violation. The officer tried to get him for ovi but he wasnt in his truck someone else had his keys and the truck was parked. He tried to get my son to admit to drinking and driving and he wouldnt. When he went to court they gave him 60 days the judge acted on the advice of the po. so he got almost as much time as he would have a ovi i think because the arresting officer is married to his po. Any opions on this?

my son was pulled over and passed the field sobriety tests, his friend was drunk my son did not get a ovi but did get underage consumption. Is this legal in ohio need answers like now

my son was caught with beer in his truck. the cop said he was charging him with underage pos. I was there and the breathlizer did not work. He didnt give me or my son a citation. does he not have to give ticket at the scene?

I went to a openinterview for a homehealth aid there was 2 other applcaints. Hollie(owener) talked about the job responabilty ect.I asked what the pay scale was. She said there where no jobs that paid less than 9.00 and hour. She said and I quote"where else could you make 9.00 an hour to sleep" (I was applying for 3rd shift) I started that night. I worked three weeks when I got paid. she paid me 150 dollars for 38 hours. That is less than 5.00 an hour. When I called her about it she said sleep houses are a flat rate of 50.00 a night. Not one time did she tell me that. Needless to say I no longer work for her but she owes me two weeks pay. Is there any way to get what she owes me and told me when I took the job what amount I was making?

I got my foot stepped on 3 weeks ago and it still hurts and is swollen!

The orient mental hospital in ohio was closed in the 1970's I belive for patient abuse. I was researching this issue because I now am a caregiver for mrdd. One of my residents was once a patient at the orient, and I am curious about the abuse that went on there.
